What You Don’t Know

You cannot know what you do not know until you know it. What you already know shapes what you are willing and able to learn. These basic tenets of cognitive psychology and consumer behavior are foundational. What you deliberately, incidentally, or accidentally learn now narrows what you will know and act upon in the future.
